Yokes

Studies and variations on the pleasing symmetrical design of the insidious six pack ring. These rings are the physical manifestation of the negative space between the absent, consumed objects. Their form is completely utilitarian and minimal. They are not supposed to be noticed but transparent is not invisible. They are designed to be forgotten, not to be kept. 'Proper' disposal is to cut with scissors before throwing away. Why turn from a beautiful thing, a strong thing, just because it is a common thing, a used thing?
